Robert R. Austin is very pleased to announce that AMOG Consulting based in Melbourne, Australia has retained Robert R. Austin to perform business development, marketing and sales services. AMOG Consulting specializes in providing engineering services for the offshore oil & gas industry including deepwater. AMOG's focus is on providing research studies including model development, naval architecture, Pre-FEED and Feed for offshore vessel mooring systems, risers, subsea pipelines, flowlines and umbilicals. Studies also performed associated with the evaluation and selection of floating production, storage and offloading vessels.

Robert R. Austin is very pleased to announce that it has completed a one year assignment with STV Incorporated to manage its Houston office and develop engineering projects business in the pipeline, oil and gas industry. STV is a 1500 plus staff engineering and architecture firm based in New York City specializing in transportation, buildings and facilities and construction management. In less that one year Austin was able grow the Houston office from an initial staff of two to a manpower requirement of almost 40. Backlog of engineering fees for current and upcoming projects is over $10 million. Projects include crude oil terminal expansion, pump stations, metering, oil and gas pipelines and environmental services.
